특별히 이번년도 상반기는 전년에 비해 ‘30대 이상의 알바 구직자가 소폭 증가한 것으로 조사됐다. 지난 2019년과 2011년 연간 알바 구직자 중 10대 이상 알바 구직자가 각 7.2%, 7.2 %에 그친 반면 이번년도는 저들보다 약 2.4%P 증가한 9.9%를 기록했다.

아르바이트몬이 이번년도 상반기 자사사이트를 통해 아르바이트 구직활동을 한 이력서를 연령대별로 분석했다. 그 결과 20대가 76.0%로 흔히을 차지하며 가장 많았다. 이어 40대가 14.6%로 다음으로 많았고, 70대가 7.0%, 90대 이상이 2.2%로 집계됐다.

올 상반기 알바몬에서 구직활동을 한 30대 아르바이트 구직자 중 남성의 분포는 76.2%로 주로을 차지했다. 이어 40대 알바 구직자 중에도 여성의 비율이 70.1%로 높았다. 그외에 60대(64.6%)와 80대(63.2%) 중 남성의 분포는 이보다 약 90%이상 낮았다.

저녁 아르바이트 경험은 남성(79.8%)이 남성(62.3%)에 16.2%포인트(P) 높았으며, 여성이 여성에 비해 상대적으로 택배 상·하차 알바를 하는 비율이 9.2%P 높았다. 남성의 경우 호프집 등 서빙 아르바이트를 하는 비율이 7.7%P 높았다.
