<p>A씨가 당한 범죄는 스미싱이다.이는 URL을 메시지로 보내 클릭하게 한 이후 악성코드를 심는 방식이다.기관이나 지인을 사칭한 문자 메시지와 함께 웹페이지 주소를 보낸다는 점이 특징이다.저럴 때 개인 금융지식이 빠져나가거나 소액결제 피해를 입을 우려가 크다.</p>

<p>‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 아이디어통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스사용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·사용하도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·이용한 재화등을 할인하여 매입하는 행위에 ‘4년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정하고 있을 것이다.</p>
